The process of electing Directors at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders is underway. The room at Spanish Hills Club has been booked for April 2, and Director Nomination Forms were mailed to shareholders this week. The same Election Inspector who served last year is available and will be hired.
Any shareholder may nominate himself/herself to be on the ballot as a candidate for Director and on the company’s proxy form, or nominate another consenting person as candidate for Director. Nominations should be accompanied by a brief bio or candidate statement, which Crestview will include in the Annual Meeting packet mailed to all shareholders in March. February 21 is the deadline for nominations. Other procedures are spelled out in Crestview’s Election Manual, available here.
