The City has asked Crestview to provide responses to 18 of the 39 comments filed by Well #8 Neighbors Group. The City needs this information to fulfill its duty to respond to all comments received on its draft Mitigated Negative Declaration. Crestview has requested that the December 5 Planning Commission meeting on this matter be delayed because Crestview will need more time to submit all the requested information. Late January is now the earliest the Well #8 permit application could come before the Planning Commission, according to City staff.
