Since there are six candidates for five Board of Directors positions in the July 29 election, we have emailed the following questions to all of them. We will post their responses in the order we receive them.
1. Are you a shareholder? If not, why do you want this unpaid job?
2. How many hours per average month do you expect to spend on Crestview matters?
3. In the past year, how many Board meetings have you missed?
4. Do you plan to serve at least one full year if you are elected or reelected?
5. Will you make your email address and/or phone number available to Shareholders for direct two-way communications on Crestview policy matters?
6. In the past year, what has the Board done well, and what improvements are desirable?
7. What are your thoughts about at least one of Crestview’s long-term challenges, such as shrinking groundwater allocations, aging infrastructure, technology, finances, governance, urbanization, disaster preparedness, climate change, etc.?
8. What else would you like Shareholders to know about how you plan to help Crestview?
Meanwhile, you can read one paragraph about each candidate which Crestview released June 30.
