Emergency meeting of shareholders Wednesday, November 13.

Arrangements are being made to call an emergency meeting of shareholders at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, November 13.  An agenda is being developed and will be posted by 4:00 p.m. Tuesday.  This will be a virtual meeting with no location for in-person attendance.  Indications are that Shareholders may not be asked to vote on anything but that this is an informational meeting at which Shareholder comments and questions will be more than welcome.

    • Crestview Watch will be posting the link as soon as we get it, but email alerts to subscribers do not go out until dawn the next day. So, check back here for quicker access to new information.
I doubt Crestview has given any thought to your service availability charge question. They are very busy, but will see your question here. I suggest you contact Board members directly to express your views.

    • Hi Terry,
I’m so sorry you lost your home. To answer your question: no, there will be no charges for any shareholders whose homes were destroyed by the fire. We’ll cover all related details and hopefully address any other questions at our virtual emergency meeting Wednesday at 4:30. We’ll send the link out to everyone shortly and will post it here.
      Take care,
      Dave Stephenson

      • Dave, when can we expect a final decision to be made on the site for Well #7, and the application filed to received the permits for it. I think we all realize we desperately need this well now more than ever. Are the details of an indemnification agreement for neighbors to the site the main holdup on the selection of the site, and the decision to move forward. The development of this well is critical to our future.

        • Hi Jeff,
In a timeline we shared back in May, we projected having everything we need to make a decision by Sept. We are close, and now expect to be ready for a decision in Q1. We all want to get this new well started as soon as we can. Thanks.

    • Hi again Terry – I apologize, but I need to let you know I got out ahead of myself in my response regarding service connection fees for homeowners affected by the fire. After talking with our attorney, I now understand this is not a decision I can make alone, it is a board decision that may be constrained by what our company by-laws allow us to do. We need to discuss this in our upcoming meeting on Nov 26 and will share the board’s decision from that meeting with all shareholders. Again, my apologies for my mistake, and I hope you are doing ok.
