General Manager announces retirement.

Consulting General Manager Robert Eranio advised the Board today that he is retiring as of the end of August.  He announced this at the end of his General Manager’s report in the public part of today’s Board meeting.  There were no announcements about a successor or a transition plan.  Mr. Eranio has served Crestview for 29 years and 6 months, and there was a round of applause by directors, staff, and shareholders present.

Meanwhile, Eranio is continuing his GM duties, which include hosting a half-day meet-and-greet event on May 30 for all announced candidates for directorships.

Other matters that came before the Board today, including the well site selection process and the Annual Meeting of shareholders, will be reported in subsequent posts.
